Up the stairs is a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and cozy seating for at least six.Feel free to cozy up by the fire and watch your favorite movie. This space offers a deck that expands off of this room, as well as the dining room, which abuts the open kitchen. An intimate "great room" feel for sharing social time while cooking and entertaining.

The kitchen is fully equipped and customized with new wooden cabinets throughout, including the front of the refrigerator and dishwasher. Your gourmet delights can be warmed and baked in the Viking oven, which also has four gas burners. Just off the kitchen is a small sitting room with an adjoining full bath.
