Master bedroom with queen bed is further down the hall with full bath, including a large tub exposing inlaid stones, bide, and separate shower and windows galore. On that same hallway you can go to the back yard, get your firewood off the back deck and also enjoy a washer/machine dryer and utility sink tucked under the stairwell, ready and available. And, if in the mood or need, there's a custom fold out ironing board - yippee!

Up the stairs, guided by a steel railing, you come to a fabulous open living space with floor to ceiling soapstone fire stove, which will keep the place toasty. You can enjoy the living room area with comfy built- in sofa, extra chairs, and lots of light from lots of windows. Just across the room is the dining table, which seats approximately twelve. And, wait until you see the designer chairs, created by the owner, that compliment the already divine and special home. There's a deck off this open living space, with radiant heat, so you can soak up those rays year 'round.

The kitchen is another artistic expression, as well as being utilitarian in every way. Just around the corner from the living area, you can engage in your epicurean delights with a large butcher-block counter, which faces a high counter with three stools for friends to sit and chat while you work away.

Stainless steel counters and dark wood cabinets, along with a four-burner gas stove, dishwasher, espresso machine; TV and more fabulous views while you chop away. Off the kitchen is a bar/pantry area that goes out to yet another radiant heated deck where you have a BBQ gas grill. And, then you have a small comfy den with fold out sofa for extra bodies and a half bath. You can also enter the kitchen deck from this room.

There is also enclosed parking for one car in the garage on the lower level.
